Every company understands the need for policies, but few rarely know how to create, maintain, store, publish and acknowledge their policies. This process can be overwhelming. Let us help you through this process so you never have to worry about your policies again.
We'll review what you currently have and adjust for best practice if needed. If not, we'll upload to our portal for centralized storage and management.
Having policies is great, but if no one knows they exist or where to find them.... do you really have policies? We'll upload current policies (including HR, Compliance, etc.) to our portal and assign them to employees. Implementation can be granular or open to all employees.
Now that all policies are stored centrally, we can assign them to a select few or every employee. Each employee who's assigned a policy can log into the portal to review and acknowledge all policies assigned to them. If changes are made to the policies after they're signed, an email will be sent to the employee letting them know a policy has been updated requiring them to have to acknowledge the changes.
Through our dashboard, you can see where you stand at any moment. There is also monthly reporting on who's acknowledge each policy for easy tracking to show compliance.
